Why would you need to redesign your website?  Your website is a lot like your home – you invest time and money in it to make it unique, in line with your style, and comfortable to live in. It reflects who you are and what you represent.

But it’s not a one-time deal. It needs upkeep!

Maybe you buy new furniture or rearrange what you have; There are things that require maintenance and repair. It also needs to adjust to changes in your life. What if you decide to expand your family?

Changes need to be made… maybe something small but every now and then, a complete overhaul will be required. If you don’t take care of your home, it’ll fall into disrepair and become a place that is no longer enjoyable to live in. It doesn’t bring you joy the way it once did and so you stop having people visit.

Your website is exactly like that.

It requires upkeep, rearrangement, and every now and then, a complete overhaul.

Without the occasional redesign, your website can actually be a detriment to your business. It stops drawing people in. If it isn’t regularly updated to align with current styles and trends, it can literally hurt the reputation, success, and productivity of your brand.

So, how do you know when it’s time to redesign your website?

There are several things to consider, including your business goals and objectives, how long it’s been since you first launched your site, your target market, and if you’re embarrassed to share your website link, just to name a few.
